In generale, come nascono i vostri pezzi?
Rock progressivo, post-rock, psyché, math-rock, post-metal e persino punk.
A cosa state lavorando in questo periodo?
Versione originale in lingua francese:
English Version:
What is the origin of your musical project?
You could almost say that this is one of those projects born during the covid lockdown, but in fact it was born a month before that. We did our first residency in January 2020, and after COVID arrived. We’ve all known each other for a very long time, and it’s been a few years that we wanted to do this project just so we could see each other and share beautiful moments together through music.
Generally, how are your songs created?
The tracks are all from jams, we record everything that comes to mind during composition residencies, usually in 2 or 3 composition residencies we have the raw material needed to assemble an entire album. Then, we go back over the recordings and sort, assemble, arrange. The process allows you to come back to the song several times so that you can refine as much as possible all aspects of the song so that everyone is satisfied.
Which musical heritage do you feel most familiar with?
Progressive rock, post-rock, psyche, math-rock, post-metal, and even punk. We use everything organic, DIY and live to create our universe, so it obviously takes into account the 70s and 90s. We even have a big appetite for traditional music, in the sense that it’s often based on very hypnotic patterns in most parts of the world. We particularly care about playing everything live, without cheating, without clicking, without samples, with amps on stage.
What are you currently working on?
Currently, the release of our second album Terminal and the tour that will follow. We have a first tour block in France/Belgium/Holland/Germany at the end of this year in October/November, and in January we’re going to Eastern Europe to continue support this album.
